Why am I using CBD? Well, I have been using ibuprofen on a near daily basis for almost 40 years (to mange joint pain due to sports injuries and headaches and other symptoms of multiple sclerosis) and I recently decided it was time to stop beating up my liver and other other body parts with commercial pharmaceuticals. So, I did some research into using non-THC CBD extract and decided to give it a try.

Overall, I have been happy with the results of taking at least one gummie every day. They are helping me manage my headaches and joint pain. Some days I need to take more than one, but I have not noticed any side effects like what I get when I take high doses of ibuprofen to get the same results.

As of June 13, 2024, we began giving Rocket (17 year old Papillon) dog treats with CBD (made by the same company I get my gummies) and he is responding well to them in regards to his mobility. He still goes on at least one walk every day and sometimes a quick run. He usually gets one dose after his breakfast and another after dinner. We were hoping they would help with his anxiety, but, sadly, they are not really helping there. It's hard to tell if they are helping him relax at all though. Because, how can you tell when he already sleeps 20 hours a day? :)

Below is a spreadsheet where I am documenting when I take a 25mg CBD gummie for minor pain (see Comments) or anti-inflammation purposes (blank Comment) and when we give Rocket a 3.75 mg CBD treat to help with his arthritis (blank Comment) or anxiety.
